Tell Us About Your Event

Fill out our availability form with your event date, location, type of event, and expected guest count. The more detail you give us, the better we can prepare. You don't need to have everything figured out to reach out. We know events are moving targets, and we're happy to work through the details together.

We'll Be in Touch

We review every availability request personally and get back to you within one business day. We'll confirm whether your date is open, walk you through what to expect at your specific type of event, and answer any questions you have about setup, space requirements, or the experience itself. Nothing is locked in until you're comfortable.

Lock In Your Date

A 50% deposit via Square reserves your date on the calendar. Once that's in, your event is confirmed. The remaining 50% is due on the day of the event. We keep our monthly bookings intentionally limited, so deposits are the only way to guarantee your spot. If you're interested in a date, don't wait.

We Show Up Ready

On event day, GoGolf MT handles everything: arrival, full setup, running the simulator throughout your booking, and teardown when it wraps. You don't manage anything on the day. Our operator is on-site from start to finish, guiding guests through their swings, keeping the rotation moving, and making sure the energy stays high. Your only job is to enjoy it.

We Arrive Early

GoGolf MT arrives ahead of your event start time to handle setup. Your guests arrive to a ready-to-go simulator, not a crew still working on it.

Full Walkthrough for Guests

Our on-site operator walks every guest through the experience. Nobody gets handed a club and left to figure it out. We make the experience welcoming for every skill level.

Games and Competition

We run multiplayer modes so your group can compete head-to-head, track scores, and have something to root for. The competitive element is optional but always popular.

Smooth Rotation

We manage the lineup so everyone gets time on the simulator. For larger groups, we keep things moving so there's no dead time and no bottlenecks.

We Handle Teardown

When your booking ends, we pack everything up and leave your venue the way we found it. No cleanup on your end.

Balance Paid Day-Of

The remaining 50% of your booking total is collected via Square at the event. Simple and straightforward.

Before You Reach Out

How far in advance should I book?

As soon as you know your date. GoGolf MT limits bookings each month by design, and dates fill up. If you're planning an event a month or more out, reach out now. If you're working with a shorter timeline, it's still worth checking. We'll let you know what's available.

Can I book for an outdoor event?

Yes. GoGolf MT can set up indoors or outdoors. For outdoor events, the equipment needs cover from direct rain and harsh conditions. A tent or canopy works well. When you submit your availability form, include your venue type and we'll make sure it's a good fit before confirming.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as you know. We handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you where we can. Deposits are generally non-refundable after confirmation, but we're reasonable people and we'll do our best to find a solution that works.

Is there anything I need to provide?

GoGolf MT brings everything: the simulator, the screen, the clubs, and the operator. You provide the venue and the guests. The main thing on your end is making sure the space meets the footprint and clearance requirements we'll confirm when you book.
