Do guests need to know how to golf?
Not at all. The simulator is designed for everyone, from people who have never picked up a club to single-digit handicaps. Our on-site operator walks each guest through the setup and makes sure they're comfortable before they swing. The experience is genuinely fun at every skill level, which is part of why it works so well at mixed-group events.
How much space does the setup require?
The simulator footprint is roughly 12x14 feet, and we need at least 10 feet of ceiling clearance for guests to swing comfortably. We can set up indoors or outdoors. When you fill out the availability form, let us know your venue type and we'll confirm fit before your booking is locked in.
What happens if it rains?
The simulator equipment needs to be protected from direct rain, but we can set up under an existing tent, canopy, or indoors with no problem. If your event is outdoors and weather creates a genuine issue, we'll work with you on rescheduling. We take weather seriously and will never put equipment at risk or leave your guests stuck in a downpour.
How many people can use the simulator at once?
One person swings at a time, but the simulator runs multiplayer and group games that everyone can follow on screen. Most events work well with a rotating lineup: guests take a swing, step aside, and come back around. The pace keeps energy high and means even large groups move through without long waits.
What is the age requirement?
GoGolf MT events are for guests 16 and older. Our operator is on-site at every event to enforce this and make sure things run smoothly.
Can I add more time on the day of the event?
Possibly, depending on our schedule. The best approach is to book the time you think you'll need upfront. If you know your event tends to run long, build in the extra hour at booking. We'll do our best to accommodate same-day additions but can't guarantee availability.
